Description: ERG Media and Type 7 rely on a vast, global network of high-tier photographers, writers, and creatives. We are seeking a highly organized Contributor Manager to completely own the logistics of this network, acting as the bridge between our creative directors in Milan and our freelance talent worldwide. You will be responsible for maintaining our contributor database, issuing clear creative briefs, relentlessly chasing deadlines, managing contract administration, and processing monthly invoices. A typical day involves onboarding a new photographer in Tokyo, ensuring an architectural writer has signed their NDA, tracking incoming assets in Dropbox against our master schedule, and clearing the month's freelance invoices (via Wise/bank transfer) with our finance and admin team at …
