Deblock has landed in Italy. We're not doing it the usual way. We're diving deep in only one city first. Milan. And we need someone on the ground to make it happen. This isn't a role for a distant executive; it's for a hands-on builder. You will report directly to the ExCo and VP of Marketing, acting as the bridge between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will own the "Trust & Growth" engine for the Milan market.
