The role HelloFresh Group is building the next generation of consumer experiences across its portfolio — from discovery and personalization to shopping and subscription management. The Consumer UX team designs end-to-end experiences that are simple, delightful, and grounded in real customer needs. This is a Staff-level individual contributor role for a designer who is a recognized expert. You bring outstanding craft, deep systems thinking, and sharp UX strategy, and you build on that depth to move into research too, shaping not just how experiences look and fit together, but which problems we solve and why.
