About the opportunity As a Senior CRM Specialist (Engagement & Retention), you’ll own the customer journey from month two onwards. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our millions of users active, engaged, and thriving within the N26 ecosystem. This is a true 50/50 hybrid role: you will split your focus between driving high-level lifecycle strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns natively.
