About the job We are seeking an experienced and technically strong CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) Manager to lead and evolve the manufacturing systems landscape within a high‑volume, high‑throughput front‑end semiconductor wafer fabrication facility. Reporting to the Site IT Manager, this role combines operational ownership of critical fab systems with strategic leadership across factory digitalization, automation, and smart manufacturing initiatives. You will drive improvements and innovation across MES, SPC, APC, factory automation, robotics integration, and system architecture, while ensuring operational stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
