Responsibilities: Manage RFXs received for the Road Freight business, including pricing and solution design, and coordinate the entire process from receipt of the RFX through to post-tender review. Prepare detailed cost calculations and logistics concepts in line with customer requirements, including pricing sheets, solution presentations, and terms & conditions. Collaborate with Operations to assess feasibility, requirements, and customer needs, ensuring effective evaluation of incoming RFXs. Work closely with Operations, Sales, and key stakeholders such as Fleet Management, Controlling, Legal, and HR, acting as the central point of contact for all RFQ-related topics.
