We are looking for a motivated (Junior) HR Automation & Solutions Analyst m/f/d to join our Total Rewards team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with numbers, translating business needs into smart analytical solutions, and using technology to improve how HR works. You will support compensation analysis, contribute to the development of innovative HR-related AI solutions with the team, and help automate processes across Total Rewards.
