As an IT Application & Contract Operations Apprentice, you will sit at the crossroads of IT procurement, buyer and technical governance. Your mission is to provide high-level support to both the Application & Contract Manager and the Atlassian Suite Manager. You will be a key player in professionalizing our software lifecycle—from the initial purchase and contract renewal to the technical configuration and governance of our collaborative tools. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who wants to master both the "Business" side of IT (contracts, KPIs, vendor relations) and the "Build" side of industry-standard platforms like Jira and Confluence.
