About role As a Lead SAP ABAP Engineer you will drive the backend architecture and delivery of our cloud-based SaaS platform built on S/4HANA and SAP BTP technologies. You will design, develop and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance components, own technical decisions, and ensure clean‑core, upgrade‑safe extensibility across our Fioneer solutions. In this role you will lead and mentor a small team of ABAP engineers, collaborate closely with product owners, UX/Fiori leads and cross-functional stakeholders, and translate business needs into robust backend APIs, CDS/OData services and integration patterns.
