The position is based in the Dresden area (Germany), primarily supporting a key customer site. Occasional travel to other customer sites across Europe may be required. The Field Service Engineer supports the team on providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installations, as well as contributes in the resolution of any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems, on problems of limited scope.
