The Opportunity We operate a data collection facility where teams of operators work in shifts to generate training data for our AI and robotics systems. As Data Collection Farm Manager, you are responsible for the full operational management of the facility — from workforce planning and shift operations to strategic efficiency improvements and external staffing partnerships.
