As a Communications Business Partner, you will be part of the Internal & External Communications team within the CoE Brand, Marketing & Communications ING NL. You will act as a content-driven advisor and strategic sparring partner for ING Netherlands’ Business Banking business unit, a dynamic matrix organisation operating in a results-driven environment. You will proactively develop and implement communication strategies that support business objectives, facilitate change, and strengthen employee engagement. While executing the strategy in the business, you will be the link between clear communication, the ING strategy, ongoing initiatives and societal developments, enabling coherent, impactful and aligned business communication.
