WHAT YOU’LL DO Step into a role where your insights drive the business forward. As a Continent Sales Controller, you will play a key role in shaping performance across our markets by turning data into action and securing the best possible sales outcomes. You will: Drive and co-lead the end-to-end QCP process, coordinating cross-functional inputs and creating clear, aligned outputs for the continent. Translate financial targets and budget frames into data-driven commercial plans, balancing global priorities with local commercial realities. Monitor in-season performance against QCP, manage variances, and support corrective actions to strengthen follow-through and delivery.
