Division Internal Audit provides independent assurance and insight, globally and locally, on Governance, Risk Management, and Internal Control, to support the Board and senior management in achieving their objectives. We add value to the Company by promoting a strong control culture and by initiating and agreeing improvements and action plans. We report to senior management, the Management Committee, and the Audit Committee. We are a team of about 60 professionals based in Poland, Brussels, London, Amsterdam, and Paris, and our activities cover the entire Euroclear group.
