We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer in Test to raise the quality bar across our mobile app and backend domain - not by writing more tests, but by changing how the whole domain thinks about quality. This is a hands-on technical leadership role at the intersection of QA and mobile development, driving a native-first testing strategy and a culture where developers own quality rather than hand it off. Your scope of work will cover 3 areas. I. Test strategy & native automation Design and own the test strategy across mobile teams for native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) apps. Set strategy for device and OS-version fragmentation coverage and drive flakiness control at scale, running suites on BrowserStack with GitLab CI.…
