As an HR Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and supportive employee journey within Sungrow. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication. Manage key HR operations including onboarding, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding. Assist with compensation and benefits tasks, such as attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and benefit program administration.
