Employed, Full-time hours About the role You'll build the systems that keep a growing technology business running smoothly, automating repetitive processes and improving how the business operates. Working directly with the CEO, you'll take ownership of day-to-day business operations and leadership processes, ensure people and compliance essentials are well managed, and use automation and AI to support the business as it scales and launches new products. You'll also work closely with the leadership team to help them manage their respective areas effectively, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities rather than day-to-day operational matters.
