Job Ref ID: JR0085946 YOUR MISSION Lead the Category Management team for our Q-Commerce Top Partners in Poland. You will make sure their catalogs are optimized and correctly integrated in order to maximize conversion, basket size, customer happiness and ultimately growth — and you will build, coach and scale the team that delivers it. This position requires effective interaction between our Partners, our Account Managers and the Q-Commerce teams (Groceries, Retail, Specialties), as well as analytical and technical proficiency in managing catalog tools.
