Your mission Own Bitpanda’s CRM campaigns from brief to result across email, push, in-app banners and stories. You will turn retention, monetisation and lifecycle plans into live, multi-market journeys in Braze, run the campaign calendar across the teams that brief us, and make sure every send is built right, approved and measured. You join a small central CRM team that is becoming the engine behind how we talk to our customers. This role will either be hired in Vienna (AT), Barcelona (ES) or Krakow (PL).
