AstraZeneca is undertaking a multi‑year transformation of its global Order to Cash (O2C) and Banking processes to drive scalability, automation, and an outstanding customer and cash experience. The O2C Transformation & Automation Manager will act as a global functional design authority for O2C and Banking process and system changes, reporting directly to the Associate Director O2C & Banking (Design). The role will manage end‑to‑end process and solution design decisions ensuring that all changes are scalable, controlled, and aligned to the global target operating model.
