Working closely with Regional Talent Partners, HR Business Partners, and global learning teams, you translate enterprise learning strategies into effective regional capability solutions. You combine consulting enablement, business analysis, and project management to ensure learning initiatives align directly with business priorities. On a daily basis, you manage the intake and prioritization of standard learning requests, deliver first-level consulting on our standardized offerings, and identify requests requiring custom or specialist support. Additionally, you support annual regional portfolio planning, analyze data from learning and performance systems to track portfolio health and risks, and ensure seamless alignment between global guidance and country-specific needs.…
