We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships, delivery, and retention across a slate of accounts at a fast-moving B2B GTM content studio. You will be the person clients rely on from the day a deal is signed through renewal, and the person who holds the delivery team accountable to them. You are measured on retention. The founder is currently in the middle of every client relationship; this role removes that ceiling. If you have owned accounts end to end, kept multi-workstream engagements on track with cross-functional teams, and can walk into a room with a senior marketing executive without a technical co-pilot, this role is a strong fit.…
