The Brand CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting customer data management and analytics activities for all Max Mara Group brands at a corporate level. It implements the guidelines of the Brand CRM Director and the Data Scientist in order to implement the construction of a centralized customer database at WW level for some brands of the Group. It has a holistic vision of the consumer, the result of an approach of excellence. The quality of service and the integrated approach to interaction become the levers of perception as a reference benchmark for some brands belonging to the Group. The role has a strategic vision of the company and is able to bring out interesting data-driven insights and implement effective data-driven Brand CRM policies.
