About the role You own two things that keep the organisation running: our people systems — HRIS, reporting, data quality and integrations — and our payroll coordination across group entities, spanning Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, the UK and Türkiye. The split is roughly 50/50 between systems and payroll. Payroll runs through Deel in all countries, in partnership with our internal accounting teams in each market. You prepare inputs, validate outputs, own the payroll calendar and are the single point of accountability for ensuring payroll is accurate and delivered on time.
