We are currently growing our team and looking for a strong, experienced artist to strengthen our existing environment art team.. We already have a solid foundation, but we need a Lead Level Artist who can come in and actively raise the quality bar - both through their own work and by elevating those around them. This is not a pure management role. We are not looking for someone who only reviews, delegates, or attends meetings. Instead, we need a hands-on leader who genuinely wants to model environments, perform set dressing, and build levels in the engine - while helping the team grow through example and mentorship.
