IBMC is managing a executive search for a global Fintech firm. With a high-volume, multi-asset trading environment and a 100% international clientele, the firm is currently in a phase of strategic scaling. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the Board, overseeing all financial operations across multiple international jurisdictions. This role requires an executive with a deep understanding of the Prop Trading or Fintech landscape, capable of managing complex capital structures, multi-currency reporting, and high-stakes financial risk. You will drive the company’s financial planning, audits, and compliance while leading a high-performing global finance team.
