About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to support and manage Payment Gateway merchants. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B crypto, excellent communication skills in English and Russian, and the ability to work closely with merchants, product, tech, and compliance teams. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day communication with existing merchants. Act as the primary technical point of contact during integration, onboarding and post-launch support. Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Finance, Product) to resolve merchant issues and ensure smooth operations.
