As the Operations Team Lead, you are responsible of the day to day management of our hands-on operations, supporting the broader EU Operations team. While the Operations Director focuses on broader monthly and quarterly strategy, your mission is to lead, motivate, and guide the team on the floor to execute daily targets smoothly, safely, and in a personable way. On an average day, you'll be; Actively directing and coordinating the operations team on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution across warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support.
