As a commercial asset and development manager within the Commercial Property team, this role will involve all aspects of management and development of a mixed portfolio of assets within an airport campus. This will include but not be limited to aircraft hangars, hotel, land assets, Grade A office campus, industrial as well as elements of cargo and community uses. Key projects will include tendering and delivery of critical airport property and infrastructure as well as the day to day running and asset management of the existing portfolio.
