About the role We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the IOI marketing agenda for some of Ireland’s most loved brands which include Coleraine and Golden Cow in Northern Ireland and Charleville and our iconic Dairygold in IOI. This is a high-impact role with full brand ownership, P&L responsibility, and leadership of a team of two. You’ll shape brand strategy, drive commercial growth and deliver best-in-class marketing that inspires families and retailers alike. Joining us means stepping into a fast-paced, agile and ambitious environment where ideas are welcomed, ownership is encouraged, and development is continuous. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in our Naas offices (Tuesday & Wednesday) and requires occasional travel to our partners…
