Position Purpose Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Senior Manager, Development owns and grows a portfolio of foundation and philanthropic funders and prospects. The Senior Manager carries each relationship across the full funding lifecycle - - from identification and cultivation through solicitation, award, reporting, renewal, and growth -- and is accountable for delivering portfolio goals. T he Senior Manager will deepen existing relationships and bring new funders to the organization. The role combines relationship management, business development, proposal leadership, and cross-functional coordination, working closely with program, finance, communications, and legal colleagues to translate RTSL’s priorities into compelling funding opportunities.…
