About the Role We're a fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS startup building intelligent customer support tooling for technical teams — think automated complex ticket resolution, AI copilot for agents, and deep integrations with tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack. Our small but high-conviction team (under 15 people) is looking for a Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales) to sit at the very front of our go-to-market motion. You'll work directly alongside the CEO, helping shape and execute our GTM strategy from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role — not a support role.
