Your mission We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new User Experience Researcher! What does an User Experience Researcher do, you might ask? Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy! In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job: User Research & Insights Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, field studies, etc). Collect and analyze user needs and pain points for both software platforms and integrated hardware-software products, delivering structured reports.
