📍 Base office: We’re open to this role being based in London or Lincoln, with regular travel between our offices to stay connected and collaborate in person. Whichever office you are based, you’ll usually work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days remote/WFH, with monthly travel to our other offices. 🚅 Why the travel? Your key stakeholders - and much of the People & Talent team - are spread across all three offices, so spending time together in person helps you really understand the people, processes, and culture you’re hiring for. 💰 We cover it: Travel and accommodation costs when you visit another office are fully covered.
