We’re now looking for a Payroll Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Payroll team. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end setup of new client payrolls, shaping the SOPs that keep our onboarding accurate and scalable as we grow. Contract: Full-time contractor Hours: UK business hours What you’ll be doing: New Payroll Setup: Lead end-to-end configuration of new client payrolls, including pay elements, tax codes, pension schemes, and statutory settings. SOPs & Process: Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for payroll onboarding to ensure consistency, quality, and a repeatable process as we scale. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them through data collection, system setup, and go-live.…
