About the opportunity We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and resilient Senior Agile Coach to serve as a strategic leader and galvanizing force within our product and technology org. Your goal will be to move beyond team coaching to influencing the organization at scale, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive business agility in a heavily regulated industry. You will be instrumental in framing challenges for the product & technology, and business leaders, and as part of the agile coaching team, you will lead & deliver complex organizational change.
