About our team SumUp's TA team is shifting from reactive hiring to a structured, KPI-driven delivery model, and this role is at the centre of that change. You'll be the dedicated TA Delivery Lead for our Run & Grow tribe, the product and engineering teams behind our core merchant-facing products: payments, point-of-sale, financial tools, and merchant care. It's one of the largest and most complex portfolios at SumUp, a niche mix of Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and Customer Experience profiles across 80 to100 roles annually, that take real market knowledge and sourcing craft to fill well.
