The Role We're looking for a Product and Research Operations Manager to run the operational backbone of Cartesia's Voice function - supporting voice production for customers, talent sourcing and logistics, and voice delivery for Go-To-Market and Customer Success. You'll work directly alongside our Voice Production Lead and Voice Library Lead, and provide hands-on support across their respective work-streams. Part of your time will go toward cross-functional ad-hoc operations, including supporting growth initiatives. Your Impact Voice Production & Library - Support execution of voice production runs alongside the Voice Production Lead. Over time, you'll own day-to-day production and library health reporting, take on more locales and volume, and build automations to streamline the process.…
