As our Senior Product Manager - Outbound Logistics & Returns (m/f/d), you will own and shape the systems behind the journey from order placement to delivery and returns, making them more automated, scalable and efficient. Own the full order-to-delivery and returns journey, from Shop through ERP/OMS and WMS to carrier integrations, including tracking updates back to the customer Shape our distributed fulfillment setup by designing the product logic for automated warehouse allocation and order routing across multiple warehouses Identify and prioritize automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention, improve time-to-ship and optimize cost per parcel Focus on measurable outcomes, using data…
