About The Role. You will lead a team of ~3-4 product analysts for our Customer Growth and Lifecycle domain, owning narrative and insights and driving sustainable customer customer growth. You will be a thought partner with a Director of Product and you will influence roadmap and product decisions, and also work cross-functionally day-to-day with Marketing, Risk, Finance and the rest of Data. The scope runs from acquisition source and sign-up, through credit approval, activation, repeat usage, arrears behaviour, retention, and cohort profitability. You'll need to be as comfortable talking about loss rates and payback periods as you are about conversion funnels and retention curves, and tie everything we’re doing to commercial outcomes.…
