The Role As Senior Packaging Development Manager, you will shape the packaging strategy for insulation materials and Ready-to-Eat products across HelloFresh's international markets. You will lead packaging innovation projects from concept to launch, develop sustainable and scalable solutions with suppliers, and drive continuous improvements across our packaging portfolio. Working closely with Packaging, Procurement, FSQA, Production, and Operations teams, you will balance strategic priorities with operational excellence to deliver customer-focused, cost-effective, and compliant packaging solutions.
