About the role Luminovo builds the software that powers the electronics supply chain — and we're building out the DACH side of our Global Solutions team. As a Solutions Engineer based in Munich or Berlin, you are the technical face of Luminovo at the two moments that decide whether a customer succeeds with us. In pre-sales, you join Account Executive and Customer Success calls as the technical expert: tailored product demos, technical deep dives, and ROI cases that earn the trust of engineers and procurement leads at EMS providers and electronics OEMs across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In onboarding, you own the customer's first weeks on the platform — tenant configuration, integrations, end-user training — and drive the account to first value.…
