The role You will work directly with the CEO and founding team every day: deciding what gets built, building it, and owning it as it grows. There is no layer between you and the product, the customers, or the decisions. Our stack is JS/TypeScript end to end: React on the frontend, Node on the backend, everything on Azure and we implement infrastructure as code throughout the process. We build fast and we use AI tools throughout the workflow, to move quicker, not to think less. What does not move is the bar: we are looking for someone who works at the pace and quality of the best product engineering teams in UK health tech, and who wants the scope that only the first engineer gets.
