The Senior Data Protection Manager supports the Data Protection Officer and the Data Protection Team in performing the following tasks, under the supervision of the Data Protection Officer. Your Role Draft and update at least on annual basis and/or whenever necessary (eg. material changes in laws or in the company organization) relevant data protection policies and procedures. Maintain and update the personal data processing inventories (ie. Records of Processing Activities according to art. 30 GDPR). Safeguard the rights of data subjects, e.g., by checking notifications and reporting obligations. Train employees, with regard to data protection and data privacy. Support in the selection, contract design, monitoring of contractors who perform data processing on behalf of the company.…
