Your Role The primary focus of this role is working at the intersection of AI and Data Protection in Banking concept, providing advice to respective departments in regards to DPIAs. Draft and update at least on annual basis and/or whenever necessary (eg. material changes in laws or in the company organization) relevant data protection policies and procedures. Maintain and update the personal data processing inventories (ie. Records of Processing Activities according to art. 30 GDPR). Safeguard the rights of data subjects, e.g., by checking notifications and reporting obligations. Train employees, with regard to data protection and data privacy. Support in the selection, contract design, monitoring of contractors who perform data processing on behalf of the company.…
