About the role As Head of T&O Controlling, you will lead a global team of finance professionals and be responsible for all financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and governance activities across the T&O organization. Acting as a trusted business partner to the COO, CFO, and senior leadership team, you will provide strategic financial insights, drive investment and performance decisions, and ensure robust controls, compliance, and operational excellence across all T&O sites.
