About the Role We’re looking for a People Operations Lead / HR Business Partner to join GetVocal AI and help build scalable people operations across France and Europe. This is a hands-on role covering HR operations, employment compliance, onboarding, performance processes, workforce planning, and manager support. You’ll work closely with the CEO and department heads to create practical people processes that support a fast-growing SaaS startup.
