ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our MAT – Backend (Main Application Team). In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and evolving the backend systems that power Rossum’s core product, supporting complex document processing workflows and data flows used by customers at scale. This role goes beyond implementation; our engineers knew that technical debt and scalability were problems we needed to solve, and we’re looking for you to help shape those solutions. You’ll work closely with Product, Frontend, and other Backend teams to deliver features that balance immediate needs with long-term maintainability.
