At BOI, finance sits close to the business. As Finance Manager you'll own the full finance function across our Belgian and US entities, from daily operations to management reporting, compliance, and system infrastructure. You report directly to the COO and work with our Belgian accountants and US CPA. This is the right role if you've built your foundation in a Big 4 or finance outsourcing environment and want to stop advising and start owning. You'll be the internal finance lead in a fast-growing, international AI studio of around 50 people, with real scope, real decisions, and no-one above you in finance.
