Job Overview ENPULSION is looking for a Head of Engineering (m/f/x) to lead our 16-person Engineering team and report directly to the COO. In this role, you will define and drive the technical direction of our propulsion systems, lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization, and ensure strong execution across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in a regulated industry, deep understanding of hardware systems, and a proven track record of guiding engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
